A 5 round, CFC quick rated chess tournament.  This event is a fundraiser.   All proceeds go to support the Victoria Chess Club

Where:  Uptown Shopping Centre Community Room near Walmart main entrance. 

When: Saturday Feb 11, 2023

Rounds: Rd. 1 10:00,  Rd. 2 11:15,  Rd. 3 1:30, Rd. 4 2:45, Rd 5 4:00

Time Control: Game/25 with 5 second increment

Entry Fee:  $25 plus $4 junior (under 20) or $8 adult if not current CFC member

Prizes: Chess Club T-shirt and chess books.

Venue Location:
Stand outside the Walmart main entrance and look to your right towards the guest
services kiosk.   The community room is behind the kiosk. Note: there is some
ambient noise from the adjacent parking lot. Bring ear plugs if sensitive to noise.
